This caramel apple medium roast is inspired by my husband, Allen! Every year as a child at the county fair he would just have to have a large honkin' caramel apple. Then at Halloween he'd get so many of those caramel apple suckers. As we discussed this coffee idea he instantly came back with, "OOOOHHHHHHH I GOTTA HAVE ONE!" So here is an homage to some of his happy moments as a kid!
